Job descriptionProvide overall leadership and direction for healthcare operations. Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to achieve client and company objectives. Oversee workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation across accounts. Drive operational excellence, compliance with healthcare standards, and adherence to client SLAs. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure profitability and sustainable business growth. Lead continuous process improvements, innovation, and best practices in healthcare operations. Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports to stakeholders. Serve as the key point of contact for client escalations, building strong relationships and trust. Mentor, coach, and develop management teams to strengthen leadership pipelines. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience managing large-scale healthcare delivery operations or BPO healthcare accounts. Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare systems, compliance, and HIPAA regulations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration. Experience as a Site Director or equivalent leadership role in healthcare outsourcing. Demonstrated success in building client relationships and managing multi-site operations. Data-driven decision-making and proven success in operational scaling.

Your Role
As a Director of Operations (Healthcare) , you will oversee site-level operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and business growth. You will manage strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational performance while driving efficiency and high-quality patient support outcomes for U.S.-based healthcare clients.
