Job Requirements :

✨Bachelor’s degree holder

✨With at least 1 year experience in Purchasing or planning is an advantage

✨Willing to work onsite in Technopark, Laguna

✨Amenable to attend face to face interview (One Day Hiring Process)

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Support the planning and administration of the company's buying strategy

✨ Provide supervision and guidance to junior clerks and purchasing staff to ensure adherence to company procurement policies.

✨ Review and handle purchase orders and requisitions accurately and quickly

✨ Evaluate suppliers' performance and assist in maintaining vendor relationships

✨ Help identify cost-cutting measures and negotiate terms and prices with

suppliers.

✨ Take inventory every month

✨ Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse staff.

✨ Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure timely updates to procurement systems

✨Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inconsistencies and delays

✨ Assist in conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and alternatives.
