Associate Lawyer

We’re looking for a full-time Associate Lawyer to join our growing team. You should be proactive, organized, and eager to learn. Experience or interest in IP, privacy, or tech-related work is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle trademark and / or patent work : filings, oppositions, enforcement, and portfolio management
• Advise clients on data privacy compliance (e.g., under the Data Privacy Act)
• Draft and review contracts (e.g., licensing, tech agreements, NDAs, service contracts)
• Conduct legal research and prepare client advisories and legal opinions
• Assist in legal proceedings and regulatory proceedings (e.g., IPOPHL, NPC)
• Handle and support IP litigation, including case prep, pleadings, and hearings
