Requirements :

Any College Degree is required.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team handling insurance services (global support BPO or shared services).

Metrics / KPIs : Preferably with experience handling / monitoring metrics, e.g., CSAT, NPS, AHT, and FCR
