📆 Calendar & Email Management
Manage day-to-day scheduling, prioritize meetings, and coordinate availability across time zonesMonitor inboxes, draft replies, flag important updates, and follow up on pending threads🧰 General Operations Support
Build and maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal workflowsCoordinate tasks and timelines across multiple ongoing projectsCreate and manage simple trackers, dashboards, and shared folders for project clarity🔍 Research & Administrative Tasks
Conduct light research for upcoming meetings, content, or product ideasHelp manage publishing timelines for blogs, newsletters, or community updatesDraft communications or internal summaries as needed💬 Internal & External Coordination
