Fund Onboarding Analyst (Hybrid)

Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong working relationships with custodians, fund administrators, and other counterparties Engage directly with fund managers and third-party administrators, clarifying platform requirements and supporting them through the setup process Keep internal stakeholders (Product & Research, Sales, Client Service, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Marketing) updated on onboarding progress and aligned on expectations Support the creation and improvement of efficient processes and procedures; collaborate with the technology team to automate workflows Develop and track KPIs for fund onboarding activities Support the achievement of Fund Onboarding and broader Operations team objectives through the OKR framework Ensure timely completion of all required reports Take on additional tasks based on workload, skills, and interests Address : MOA, Pasay Setup : Hybrid (2-4x a month RTO) Schedule : Night Shift Type : Full time
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally within hedge funds or private equity
- Familiarity with alternative investments is an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and time-management abilities
- Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
