Job descriptionOversee and coach Operations Managers; set expectations and build leadership capability Partner with the Business Unit Manager to meet and exceed client performance goals Align targets with internal leaders and client contacts, review client invoices for accuracy Create and execute action plans to improve daily performance, client satisfaction, and team engagement Track KPIs and metrics; prepare accurate performance reports and provide regular feedback Drive process improvements and standardization; keep documentation, guidelines, and training current At least five (5) years of experience mentoring and supporting supervisors or team leaders. Experience managing or supporting teams with at least 50 members. Experience talking to and assisting customers or clients, whether they are individuals or representatives from another company (Business- to-business or business-to-consumer setting). Leads diverse teams and cross-functional projects; sets goals / priorities / timelines; drives process improvements and change; collaborates across departments / vendors; stays calm under pressure; learns continuously. Builds strong client / stakeholder relationships; uses data to review performance and optimize workflows; ensures standards and results; prepares / presents QBRs and proposals; communicates clearly in English.
