KEY FUNCTIONS / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monthly consolidation and analyses of the financial statements of FLI and its subsidiaries for ExCom
- Review of the financial statement supports and required schedules prior to submission to management.
- Aids in preparation of consolidated FS notes and disclosures for quarterly reporting compliance, annual audit, and for external regulatory requirements.
- Review of schedules and various supporting documents requested by the external auditor.
- Determine ways to improve the Financial Statements preparation process and accuracy based on the available system and data.
- Other tasks to be assigned, as necessary.
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED :
Bachelors Degree in AccountancyPreferably with experience in Real Estate IndustryWith at least 2-3 years working experience in finance, accounting or related field
