Business Solutions Specialist - Reports &Analytics, Documentation, Loans & Funds

Job Summary :

The Business Solutions Specialist is responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of reporting and analytics solutions within the Oracle ERP environment and other enterprise systems. This role ensures timely, accurate, and business-aligned reporting across modules, while also leading the standardization and documentation of functional processes and configurations. Secondary support is provided for Loans and Funds Management processes. The analyst works closely with functional teams, business units, and IT to deliver meaningful insights and maintain robust documentation standards across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

Reports Development & Analytics Support

• Design and build custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Oracle ERP reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View).
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in financial and operational reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Maintain and update report inventories and documentation of business logic used in each report.
