Digital Marketing and Operations Assistant

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–1 : 00 PM PST

Client Timezone : Pacific Time (PT)

Total Weekly Hours : 20 Hours

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing and Operations Assistant to support both marketing and operational needs. This remote, part-time role is ideal for a proactive individual with hands-on experience in digital marketing and eCommerce operations. You’ll work closely with the client’s team, contributing to marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and the seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing : Create email templates and set up automated email flows.

Social Media : Schedule and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Influencer Marketing : Assist with managing influencer relationships and product seeding.

Customer Support : Manage and respond to customer service tickets promptly.

Crowdfunding Support : Help with campaign updates, ticket management, and order processing.

Provide general operational and administrative support as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Figma.

Experience using email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Ability to leverage generative AI tools for written and visual content creation.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience with crowdfunding platforms is a plus.
