Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operational activities of his assigned program in coordination with the client representative and / or other functional units of the organization as it relates to manpower resources, systems, procedures and quality improvement efforts.
Creates strategic plans and executes with the help of the Operations Supervisors and the Operation Head.
Monitor performance, conduct performance reviews; and take action to correct performance problems or sustain good performance.
Contribute to our internal knowledge-base and external FAQs based on customer questions / comments.
Recommend policies, procedures and systems relevant to the goals of the organization and client requirements.
Ensure effective planning and execution of operations and achieve milestones and requirements of the organization.
Requirements
At least 3 yrs. of Operations Management experience for a customer service or telco
