Responsibilities : Manage multiple calendars and coordinate scheduling across various professional commitments and personal obligations Handle email correspondence and routine communications on behalf of the client Provide proactive reminders and follow-up support for important tasks, deadlines, and commitments Create and assist with presentation preparation and document development Execute email outreach campaigns using provided scripts and templates to generate new business leads Research and identify potential business contacts and decision-makers within target companies Conduct LinkedIn outreach and relationship-building activities to expand professional networks Support administrative tasks related to MBA coursework, travel planning, and personal organization Research and coordinate local UK services and vendors as needed Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information appropriately Requirements : Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in comprehensive administrative support roles Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize across multiple competing demands Excellent written communication abilities for professional email correspondence and outreach Experience with business development, lead generation, or outreach activities preferred Proficiency with digital tools, calendar management systems, and communication platforms Ability to work independently and proactively identify needs without constant direction Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information Strong research skills and ability to find contacts and information online efficiently Bonus if you have experience supporting healthcare professionals or understanding of professional services It helps if you’re comfortable handling both personal and business-related tasks with equal professionalism
