Job descriptionAchieve monthly GMV targets across Shopify and marketplaces Oversee all product listings, ensuring complete and accurate content (images, pricing, specs, tags) Plan and execute online promotions, syncing with retail and marketing calendars Monitor fulfillment performance (processing, shipping, returns) with 3PL and internal teams Track customer satisfaction through NPS, reviews, and complaint resolution Analyze platform performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend improvements Align with demand planning to forecast stock needs and avoid overselling Maintain platform compliance, UI consistency, and timely updates Content management Promo planning Basic analytics Fulfillment coordination
