Job Title : Parts Runner Location : JMC BALINTAWAK Department : Operations - Inventory Reports To : Inventory Manager Job Type : Full time Job Summary : The Parts Runner is responsible for efficiently transporting automotive parts, tools, and supplies between the dealership, service department, vendors, and other locations.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely flow of parts to technicians and departments, contributing to smooth service operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities : Pick up and deliver automotive parts and supplies to and from vendors, warehouses, and dealership departments.

Ensure accuracy in delivering the correct parts to the correct locations.

Assist in stocking and organizing the parts inventory.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department and delivery vehicles.

Perform basic inspections of delivery vehicles (e.g., checking fuel, oil, tire pressure).

Help parts staff with tasks such as unpacking shipments, labeling parts, and restocking shelves.

Handle delivery documentation accurately and return signed invoices or receipts to the appropriate staff.

Communicate with service technicians and parts staff to understand urgent needs or part backorders.

Follow all dealership and safety policies, including traffic laws during driving duties.

Qualifications : College graduate or vocational course graduate.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable and punctual.

Previous experience in an automotive or parts-related environment is a plus but not required.

Working Conditions : Frequently driving and walking.

Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments.

May occasionally need to work in varying weather conditions.
