About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inbound Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team
handling inbound inquiries for car parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts
sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and mentor a team of inbound sales representatives, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.
Handle escalated customer inquiries, providing expert knowledge on car parts and solutions.
Monitor daily sales activities, call volumes, and team performance.
Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Ensure accurate order processing, inventory checks, and coordination with warehouse / logistics teams.
Implement strategies to maximize upselling, cross-selling, and repeat sales opportunities.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements to sales processes.
Maintain a positive, motivated, and customer-focused work environment.
Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience in car parts sales, preferably in an inbound sales or call center environment.
Proven supervisory or team lead experience.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and basic reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience working on car part sales or car-related campaigns
