Technical Trainer

Job Description Responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering programs, developing learning materials, and evaluating effectiveness to enhance employees’ knowledge, skills, and overall performance.

Design and Develop Training Programs - Create training materials and instructional aids.

Conduct Training Sessions - Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops to educate employees / clients.

Evaluate Training Effectiveness - Assess the effectiveness of training programs.
