Job descriptionYou’ll be the nerve center for all things construction. From unconditional finance approval through to final handover (plus 6 months post!), you’ll keep projects moving, milestones met, and all parties in the loop. You won’t wear a hard hat—but you’ll be the reason site updates are on time, payments flow correctly, and clients stay happy. Track builds from site start to handover. Coordinate with builders, inspectors, and lenders. Keep HubSpot tickets clean, current, and complete. Support valuation and payment processes with precision. Escalate delays or defects early—before they escalate themselves. Keep weekly reports humming and issues visible. Help manage post-handover defect tracking. You love clean systems and accurate files as much as you love happy clients. You’re naturally organized—and keep others that way. You’re calm under pressure and know how to escalate the right things at the right time. 3–5 years in construction admin, loan processing, or project coordination. You’ve worked with builders, lenders, and client documents—and thrived. You’re confident with digital tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, and shared drives. You love team wins, own your mistakes, and thrive in organized chaos. You don’t need micro-managing—just clear goals and the tools to get there. You value open chats, emojis, and straight-up feedback. Keep every construction file on track. Update clients with clarity and confidence. Be the reliable right-hand for your onshore construction lead. Projects tracked accurately and on time. Clean documentation and smooth payment flow. Builder and client communication that meets SLA standards. Day-shift ; AEST (early finish = winning). Hybrid Setup (Eastwood). Company-issued laptop provided. Hybrid work setup.
