The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business objectives. This role leads operational planning, process improvement initiatives, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. The Operations Manager works closely with various departments to optimize workflows, enhance service quality, and support the company’s overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Leadership & Management
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics to achieve business targets.
2. Process Improvement & Optimization
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes.Develop and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.Implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce operational costs.3. Team Management & Development
Lead, coach, and supervise the operations team to ensure performance and accountability.Set individual and team goals, conduct performance evaluations, and recommend training programs.Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, and other departments for operational alignment.Support organizational projects and initiatives that require operational involvement.Ensure communication flow and collaboration between teams.5. Resource & Facilities Management
Oversee allocation and utilization of resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.Monitor facility operations to ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance with regulations.Lead procurement planning and vendor coordination when needed.6. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.Conduct audits and implement corrective actions to improve compliance.7. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular operational reports, dashboards, and updates for senior management.Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in operations, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role .Strong understanding of operational processes, resource management, and workflow optimization.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.Experience with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Willing to work onsite in Makati.Benefits
