About the Opportunity
We’re partnering exclusively with a boutique, strategy-led consulting firm that supports some of the world’s most innovative, science-driven organizations. From troubleshooting internal systems to providing input on project budgets, quotes, and operational insights, you’ll be the connective tissue across the business — ensuring everything behind the scenes operates seamlessly.
You’ll also oversee one direct report (an Operations Coordinator) and lead initiatives across finance, HR, technology, and client contracting.
Your focus will include :

- Client Contracting & Vendor Management : Negotiate MSAs and SOWs, manage client procurement relationships, and ensure compliance with vendor requirements.
- Technology & Knowledge Management : Oversee the firm’s tech stack, cybersecurity, and knowledge management systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Team Leadership : Manage, coach, and develop the Operations Coordinator, promoting a culture of operational excellence.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where your impact will be tangible — freeing up senior leadership to focus on client strategy while you design and oversee the systems that power the firm’s growth.
