Main duties and activities
As a member of the Office Support team, you will contribute to the following tasks :
Main duties - Level 1 incident handling
- Identification of the problem's origin
- Proposed solution
- Implementation of the recommended solution or escalation to Level 2 if required
- Preventive maintenance
- Identification of control points to be implemented
- Execution of control points

The main activities are as follows (non-exhaustive list, subject to change) :
Incident management on hardware (PC, monitor)Incident management on accessories (docking station, mouse, keyboard, etc.)Analysis and resolution of incidents related to client operating systems (Windows : domain, permissions)Analysis and resolution of incidents related to Office suite (troubleshooting and configuration)Analysis and resolution of incidents related to antivirus (client operation and update status verification)Analysis and resolution of incidents related to VPN (Zscaler)Assistance with video conference startup, analysis and resolution of incidents related to Teams usageAssistance with installation and availability of business software on workstationsAssistance with installation and availability of various software on workstationsAssistance with mobile enrolment into company portalAnalysis and resolution of incidents related to Office 365
