Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth day to day operations
  • Monitor Company vehicle usage, gasoline consumption
  • Schedule Pest Control H.O
  • Handle all utility payments, reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records 4.
  • Insurance and Contract Management - Monitor insurance policies & contracts for renewals
  • Record Keeping - maintain accurate and organized records of all admin activities
  • Travel arrangements - booking flights hotel and other necessary arrangements
  • Handle load allowance management
  • Errands and General Support - run errands as needed

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Good verbal & written communication; Able to work independently
  • Organizational skills : ability to priorities task and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail : High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation
  • JOB SPECIFICIATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years of experience as an admin assistant or related role
  • Experience in a fast-faced office environment
  • PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION AND LICENSE

  • College Graduate
