Experience : At least 2 years of Admin and Office Coordination experience.
Key Skills : Working knowledge in basic administrative, finance, and accounting principles. Must be well-organized and systematic, with effective communication and customer relations skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operations Administrative Support (Reports to the Operations Manager)
- Financial Processing : Process Monthly Workplan / Revolving Fund Replenishment for Area Managers.
- Travel Management : Handle all travel logistics (forms, cash advances, bookings, liquidations) for Area Managers (AM) and the Operations Manager (OM).
- Documentation : Prepare Cancellation of Mortgages for fully paid clients and update bank signatories for Branch / Unit Office accounts.
- Reporting : Prepare performance rankings for OM / FM review and ED approval, and manage the Operations Department budget.
2. MiDAS (Microfinance Information Data Sharing) Coordination
Data Management : Prepare, validate, format, and manipulate financial data for import into MiDAS using BAR and POD templates.Upload & Monitor : Upload processed and reconciled files to the MiDAS system. Monitor data status (Complete, Pending, or Error) and escalate issues to AFAOs for resolution.Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all processed data.APPLY NOW!
