Overview

OUrr client is a leading organization in the renewable energy sector seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a 20GW energy portfolio and oversee the company’s growth. Location : Metro Manila.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Metro Manila. The CEO will oversee the company’s strategic direction, lead the senior management team, and ensure the successful execution of renewable energy and LNG projects.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing long-term strategies for business growth.
Overseeing project execution, resource management, and financial performance.
Ensuring compliance with legal, ESG, and regulatory standards.
Acting as the primary spokesperson for the company and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in executive roles, with strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Expertise in developing and executing growth strategies, particularly in the renewable energy or LNG sectors.

Solid understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, and financial planning.

Experience in renewable energy, LNG, or large-scale power generation projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

15-20 years of leadership experience, particularly in multinational or large-scale organizations.
