What the role will entail

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met
• Develop and manage delivery plans, resource assignments, and risk mitigation strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams across development, QA, infrastructure, and business functions
• Ensure compliance with architecture standards, security protocols, and technical governance
• Monitor delivery metrics, budgets, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Drive Agile and DevOps practices to foster efficient execution and continuous improvement
