Service Delivery Manager – Solutions Design
SMDC Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Work closely with system developers, project managers and digital innovations teams for proper implementation.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for assigned projects / enhancements.
- Apply Agile processes and principles to ensure effective delivery.
- Lead solution design activities, including requirements gathering, system analysis and design.
- Lead IT solution design and fit / gap analysis.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Translate business requirements into formal specifications to enable development of technically sustainable solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7–10 years of experience in IT solution design, business analysis, or systems architecture.Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and design scalable, sustainable IT solutions.Proficiency in creating architectural diagrams and technical documentation.Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.Experience conducting UAT and managing project enhancements.Experience leading solution design activities including requirements gathering, system analysis, and fit-gap analysis.Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.Familiarity with continuous improvement practices and identifying opportunities for process optimization.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with developers, project managers, and digital innovation teams.Seniority level
