POSITION TITLE : General Manager - Family KTV
WORK LOCATION : Quezon City (Cubao and Eastwood)
WORK SETUP : Full-Time, Onsite
JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the overall operations of our Family KTV branches in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and F&B management, with proven leadership skills to drive profitability, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring smooth workflows and consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Establish, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency, service quality, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management, to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns that drive customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve operations and offerings.
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and direction to department heads and staff to build a motivated and high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
- Introduce innovative F&B concepts and customer service improvements to stay ahead in a competitive market.
- Oversee quality control processes in food preparation, storage, and service to maintain high standards.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in senior F&B management, preferably within hospitality, hotels, or large-scale dining / entertainment establishments.Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hospitality best practices.Financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and oversee both Cubao and Eastwood branches.#J-18808-Ljbffr
