General Manager (FMCG)

Work Setup : On-site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Shift : Dayshift Schedule

Requirements :

⦁ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

⦁ At least 8 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years at a managerial level

⦁ Proven track record in managing operations, sales, and financial performance.

⦁ Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

⦁ Knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements and FMCG market dynamics.

Preferred Skills :

⦁ Experience in both distribution and manufacturing environments.

⦁ Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.

⦁ Experience managing both B2B and B2C channels.

⦁ Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.

⦁ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
