High school graduate or equivalent (college level / graduate preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
BPO or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
