Quantity Surveyor (with Bluebeam Take-off Skills) Floor Covering

We are urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong Bluebeam take-off skills and experience in floor covering projects . The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs using Bluebeam software.
• Prepare cost estimates, material quantities, and BOQs for floor covering works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with project managers and estimators to ensure cost efficiency.
• Provide timely and precise reporting on project quantities and materials.
