Job descriptionPerforming Structural (Rebar, Concrete, Formworks, etc.), Architectural, MEP, and HVAC quantity take off. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), which includes measurement, handling of queries in completing the measurement, information dissemination to design consultants, and preparation of necessary QA documents pertaining to BOQ preparation in order to provide a strong basis for budgetary control and accurate cost reporting of the contract. Prepares and provides documents needed during the bidding process, such as Bar Chart, Construction and Methodology, Safety Measures, and other requirements with regard to the project.
