NATIONAL SALES MANAGER ( 100K - 125,000) FMCG COMPANY - SAN JUAN MANILA

National Sales Manager for Retail is responsible for leading and overseeing nationwide sales operations across all modern trade retail channels — including Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Convenience Stores (CVS), Drugstores, Petrols, and Specialty stores

The NSM-RT shall develop and implement strategic sales plans, drive revenue and distribution growth, and ensure execution excellence in alignment with company objectives. This role involves managing and coaching Key Account Managers and Channel Managers to achieve sales, visibility, and profitability targets, while also maintaining strong business relationships with top retail partners.

BACHELOR'S DEGREE

With at least 3 years experience as National Sales Manager for Retail preferably in FMCG in food & beverage industry
