Were working with a global company (MNC) on hiring a National Sales Manager to lead the commercial team and drive retail and wholesale excellence across the Philippines . This role is pivotal in managing key accounts, executing brand strategies, and delivering sales targets through omni-channel initiatives.
What Youll Do :
- Lead and coach the field sales team (ACE) to exceed retail sales targets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with retailer partners and store management.
- Drive commercial education, digital engagement, and social selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with brand teams to implement marketing and omnichannel strategies.
- Develop and execute business plans to grow market share and customer base.
- Monitor performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
What Were Looking For :
Proven experience in sales leadership , preferably in cosmetics or FMCG.Strong understanding of retail operations and omni-channel strategies.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools / social media trends.
