We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to manage our multiple k-beauty brand stores!
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage the day-to-day sales operations of a business. They are also responsible for coaching and motivating sales representatives, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for growth. Setting goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they’re doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what’s happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month. They also implement marketing strategies to analyze trends that cover all aspects from revenue projections to expense controls. The Sales Manager is responsible for the success of their company’s sales department
