About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading retail distributors known for excellent customer service and quality products.

Job Description

• Ensures responsive customer care, efficient billing and logistics, and seamless coordination of pickups and returns.
• Leads both in-house and authorized service operations, focusing on KPIs, technician performance, and service documentation.
• Manages technical support, government compliance, and quality assurance, while also overseeing parts planning, warranty processes, and inventory control.
• Manages projects and installations
• Carries full P&L responsibility, driving strategic growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Builds a high-performing, collaborative team and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manages a team of 4 direct reports and will report to the CEO

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry
• Exceptional leadership and management skills
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools
• Willing to work in Makati City from Mondays to Fridays
