Duties and Responsibilities :
- 1. Helps in the achievementof the aggregate sales and revenue targets for branches within their cluster.
- 2. Helps in the achievementof the aggregate cluster targets for strategic sales objectives such as promotion of mobile app usage, targets for insurance products, debit cards, loans and other cross-sold products and services. Promotions and sales for these services may be done outside of the store premises.
- 3. Shares the daily sales performance report of the cluster and may conduct regular sales meetings with the Branch Heads.
- 4. Performs branch checklists within the cluster on a pre-determined frequency. Checks specifically that branches within the cluster display the latest point-of-sale materials to promote the products and services of the company.
- 5. May assist the AM in other areas of branch management such as but not limited to :
a) Helps assist in ensuring branches are properly staffed and fill in for branch personnel in emergency situations where manpower is lacking.
b) Assists the AM in ensuring branches are adequately funded.c) Raise concerns that may adversely affect the ability of the branches to deliver sales. Conversely, give suggestions to improve sales.d) Adherence to Risk and Compliance SOPPse) Reports and competitor activity and local market trends.f) Organizes business meetings and events for the cluster.g) Participation in sales and promotional activities and events such as the BSP Paleng QR initiative.6. Handles the immediate concerns for the local branches of sub-agents, ticketing colleagues, QR merchants and other partners. Conduct location visits, performance discussionsand dissemination of information on a pre-determined frequency.7. Assists the Government Sector Solutions (GSS) business unit by :a) Assists the GSS for implementation of National government agencies and LGU projects such as cash and voucher distributions, e-wallet and debit card solutions.
b) Performs in caravans as Team Leaders, Fund-masters and Paymasters.c) Local recruitment of paymasters.8. Assists the Private Sector Solutions (PSS) business unit by :a) Responsible for sales pipeline, from leads to activation, for PSS products such as QR PH, POS merchants, UBS payroll, Terrapay outbound supplier payment solutions, lending among others.
b) Conducting KYC and card issuance caravans.c) Handles immediate concerns for these merchants and payroll partners.9. Performs other duties as required in lawful pursuit of company objectives.Job Specifications
Education Graduate of any four (4) year college degree course, business related background is an advantage.Experience / Training
Required Must be an existing Branch Head with good track record for sales.
