The People Sourcing Partner is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet business needs. This role also leads stakeholder engagement, manages recruitment operations, and supports onboarding processes. The position plays a key role in employer branding and talent pipeline development, with a focus on nursing recruitment.
Description : Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Partner with hiring managers to assess role requirements and identify sourcing channels
- Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and assessments
- Maintain job portals and candidate pools for fast-moving roles
- Ensure job requisitions are in place before initiating recruitment
Candidate Selection & Onboarding
Manage interview feedback and candidate status updatesConduct background checks and coordinate pre-employment medical examsPrepare and discuss job offers, contracts, and job descriptionsProcess onboarding documents and statutory requirementsStakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as MyHR Champion for Manila siteOversee recruitment officers and vendor relationshipsProvide timely and accurate recruitment reportsOccupational Health & Safety (OH&S)
Support OH&S compliance and culture across recruitment activitiesParticipate in inspections, audits, and corrective actionsQualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management (Latin honors a plus)Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with nursing recruitment requiredStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficient in MS Office and familiar with social media and resume databasesCompetencies
