Responsibilities : Execute direct email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads Conduct outbound phone calls and cold outreach to prospective customers Develop and manage comprehensive follow-up campaign sequences Track sales activities, performance metrics, and conversion rates Coordinate outreach scheduling and prospect relationship management Work systematically toward converting prospects into customers Manage lead nurturing processes from initial contact through conversion Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and sales pipeline progress Requirements : Experience with email marketing campaigns and outbound sales activities Comfortable making phone calls and conducting cold outreach to prospects Strong follow-up skills with persistence and professional communication Ability to track and manage sales activities with attention to detail Goal-oriented mindset with focus on conversions and measurable results Professional communication skills for prospect relationship building Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems or sales tracking tools It helps if you’re comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
