We’re looking for a dynamic and client-focused Staff Specialist Trainer / Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role blends training, onboarding, and frontline client support. You will play a critical role in ensuring both new and existing customers are well-supported and confident in using our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable running demos, conducting live trainings, and responding to real-time client needs with empathy and clarity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct weekly training sessions for both new and existing clients
- Deliver live product demonstrations and provide hands-on onboarding support
- Serve as a client-facing representative, offering high-touch, empathetic support
- Develop and maintain support materials, including knowledge base articles and training videos
- Collect, document, and track client feedback, feature requests, and software issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training resources and the overall customer experience
- Provide onboarding and troubleshooting support to both internal teams (e.g., Sanguine) and external clients
- Ensure clients feel heard and valued by delivering clear, personalized software walkthroughs
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role—training, onboarding, or support—within a SaaS environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills; confident in leading calls and presentationsActively listens and empathizes with client concerns to ensure excellent serviceDetail-oriented and proactive in addressing client needs and following up on product-related issuesComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environmentsTechnical & Tool Proficiency :
Familiar with tools such as HubSpot, UserPilot, Loom , and automation platformsExperience recording training or onboarding videos and using automation for client educationExposure to Salesforce, Zoho , or similar CRM platforms is a bonusMust be :
