Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with external agencies to plan and execute creative campaigns aligned with the brand's vision.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities within the retail industry.
• Oversee the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Present marketing strategies and results to senior leadership for alignment and feedback.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Marketing should have :

• Background in consumer goods / FMCG / F&B / retail
• Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a marketing team.
