Job descriptionOrganizing and maintaining electronic and physical records and files Coordinating with various departments to gather information and documentation Providing administrative support to the legal team as needed Participating in client meetings and other legal proceedings as required Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail Proficiency in using legal research tools and software Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed Familiarity with the legal industry and regulations in the Philippines
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support the legal team's work
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and other important
materials
