Job descriptionExperience in affiliate marketing, CPA networks, and traffic partnerships. Proven ability to scale ad budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability. Proficiency in tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, MMPs, Meta Ads Experience in the sportsbook or sports betting industry is a plus. Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-focused with a deep understanding of DAU growth Paid Media Management – Optimize and scale advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Creative Testing & Optimization – Conduct weekly A / B tests on creatives, refining headlines, Affiliate & Traffic Growth – Expand affiliate networks (CPA, revenue share) and onboard new Retargeting & Reactivation – Run aggressive remarketing campaigns using push notifications, Data-Driven Budget Scaling – Allocate marketing budget based on real-time performance data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition.
- Expertise in paid media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic DSPs.
- Strong background in A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, and ad creative performance
