Job Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition, optimize ad spend, and scale revenue through data-driven digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, experienced in paid media, and skilled in affiliate marketing, retargeting, and campaign optimization. Experience in the sportsbook or sports betting industry is an advantage. This role focuses on increasing Daily Active Users (DAU) while ensuring cost-efficient, performance-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Management : Lead and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic DSPs. Scale budgets while maintaining profitable CAC.
- Creative Testing : Run consistent A / B tests to improve creatives, headlines, CTAs, and offers aligned with trends and sports events.
- Affiliate Growth : Expand affiliate networks, onboard new media buyers, and manage CPA and revenue-share partnerships.
- Retargeting & Reactivation : Execute remarketing campaigns through push, SMS, and other placements to re-engage inactive users.
- Data-Driven Budgeting : Allocate budgets based on real-time data and conduct weekly performance audits to maintain efficient DAU growth and strong ROAS.
Requirements
5+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.Expertise in Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic DSP buyingStrong A / B testing and creative optimization skillsExperience with affiliate marketing and CPA networksProven ability to scale ad budgets profitablyProficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTMs, MMPs, Meta Ads Manager)Sportsbook / sports betting experience is a plusHighly analytical and results-focusedSalary Range : ₱70,000 – ₱80,000
