Proficiency in tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, MMPs, Meta Ads Experience in the sportsbook or sports betting industry is a plus. Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-focused with a deep understanding of DAU growth Paid Media Management – Optimize and scale advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Creative Testing & Optimization – Conduct weekly A / B tests on creatives, refining headlines, Affiliate & Traffic Growth – Expand affiliate networks (CPA, revenue share) and onboard new Retargeting & Reactivation – Run aggressive remarketing campaigns using push notifications, Data-Driven Budget Scaling – Allocate marketing budget based on real-time performance data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition.
- Expertise in paid media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic DSPs.
