How You Spend Your Eight Hours
Customer Service and Order Handling
- Provide excellent customer service with a focus on resolving issues on first contact
- Accurately process customer orders (LPOs) in the ERP system and meet cut-off deadlines
- Manage communications with the onshore team to clarify or resolve tasks
- Monitor and respond to emails from shared inboxes in a timely manner
Day-to-Day Operations
Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and schedulesShare reports and updates with internal departmentsFollow company processes and quality standards closelyRecord customer interactions in systems such as Salesforce and emailReport any process gaps or issues for improvementTeamwork and Communication

Experience and Background
