US Order Entry & Product Sourcing Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role
You’ll be the person who makes sure orders are right—from sourcing products to confirming details and entering them into the system.You'll work closely with internal sales reps and suppliers to keep things moving (and mistakes minimal).Your Key Responsibilities :
Source promotional products via ESP+ and liaise with suppliers for quotes & timelines.Communicate directly with US clients and sales reps via email, phone, and video.Enter multi-line apparel and promo orders into ShopWorks (with high accuracy).Monitor artwork file status and approval workflows.Keep clean records using Google Sheets and other internal tools.Requirements

You’re calm under pressure, sharp on details, and love making things correct . You enjoy clear processes but don’t freeze when things go sideways—you solve and move on.About YOUR Work History
2 years in order entry, sourcing, admin, or similar roles.You’ve used Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) like a pro.Familiarity with ERP systems and sourcing platforms like ESP+ is a plus.Promo product or decorated apparel experience? Bonus points!About the Culture YOU Thrive In
