Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Draft job postings and source candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants
- Strengthen employer branding through online engagement
- Maintain accurate ATS records
- Prepare recruitment metrics and reports
- Conduct background checks and reference verification
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and salary benchmarks
- Support employer branding events, job fairs, and campus hiring
- Prepare job offers for approval
- Maintain candidate contact during pre-employment
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the construction industryStrong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
