Job descriptionDetermine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for open positions Source candidates through online portals, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels Evaluate applications, conduct screening calls / emails, and coordinate pre-interview assessments Prepare interview materials and conduct interviews (in-person or via video call) with shortlisted applicants
Join our growing team! We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in finding and attracting top talent to help our organization grow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Preferably with experience in Construction industry hiring
- Strong grasp of effective hiring platforms and sourcing strategies
- Excellent skills in screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
