As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial part in the team as a key player in our recruitment process - you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to fill a variety of roles within our
organization.
What you’ll be doing :
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their manpower needs and challenges.
- Achieve hiring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to help improve the hiring process and the candidate experience.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Provide candidates with timely feedback and updates on their application status.
- Maintain accurate Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and hiring trackers
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Serve as an HR Business Partner to designated departments, providing HR guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Line Manager.
- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.At least 2-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.Ability to create basic reports to enable informed decision-making.Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, time-to-fill, and other relevant metrics.Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions and levels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
