Position Overview

The Executive Director serves as the overall head of an international school, responsible for providing strategic, operational, and spiritual leadership. This role oversees the school's daily operations, leads its principals and management team, and serves as the school's ambassador to the community.

While prior experience in education is an advantage, the position is also open to senior leaders from service industries, FMCG, or other reputable organizations who are willing to transition into the educational sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing leadership across academics, operations, finance, and community development.
• Guiding principals, teachers, and staff toward academic excellence and student development.
• Leading strategic planning, financial sustainability, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Building and managing a strong leadership team aligned with the school's mission.
• Strengthening relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the Board through clear communication and engagement.
• Driving enrollment growth, financial stability, and parent satisfaction.
• Overseeing programs, budgets, communications, facilities, HR, IT, and accreditation.
• Promoting the school's reputation and securing community support.
