Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, together with the supporting documents
• Work with contracts, identifying risks / issues, contract compliance, contract advisory and interpretation
• Answer contract related inquiries and prepare any related agreements
• Represent company’s interests in negotiations with partners, suppliers and clients
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Verify internal clients’ compliance with company’s policies and internal procedures
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Chief Legal Officer, or of the head for Contracts, including, but not limited to legal research, case study, and the likes
• Perform other administrative functions, related to the functions of his / her office
